Alex joined GWT in 2016 as a systems analyst covering downtown Chicago. He brings with him 10+ years’ experience in customer service and management. This has allowed him to quickly assume a full schedule of service and take ownership over accounts with little or no transition from previous water treatment representatives. He can quickly review, understand a system and interface with onsite personnel to make corrections that maintain systems at peak efficiency. He can also troubleshoot and correct problems in malfunctioning and distressed systems.

The addition of Alex to the Global team has allowed Global to continue to grow aggressively. His ability to step into new accounts with little or no direction has allowed the sales team to acquire new business, confident that Global will be able to service the accounts with its high standards of quality.
