As Vice President, Water & Energy Services – Field Operations at Global Water Technology, Inc., Carl Cameron is responsible for overseeing and developing GWT’s field service and solutions teams, ensuring consistent execution, technical excellence, and high-quality service delivery across the organization. In this role, Carl focuses on building scalable field operations that support client performance, employee engagement, and long-term operational success.

Carl works closely with executive leadership, regional teams, and support functions to strengthen field execution, improve productivity, and align service delivery with GWT’s strategic objectives. His responsibilities include supporting utility conservation initiatives, contributing to strategic planning efforts, providing project management oversight, and ensuring teams are equipped to meet performance expectations at client facilities.

With a collaborative leadership style and a strong operational mindset, Carl is known for his ability to build teams, communicate effectively across disciplines, and support field personnel through change and growth. Carl joined Global Water Technology in 2019 with more than 30 years of experience in the water treatment industry. Over the course of his career, he has developed a proven track record as an industry leader with deep expertise in project management, post-acquisition integration, and internal training and development. As GWT continues to grow organically and through acquisition, Carl’s experience in team building, integration, and communication remains a valuable asset in supporting client retention, employee development, and sustained organizational success.
