As Chief Operating Officer of Global Water Technology, Inc. (GWT), Christopher is responsible for executing the company’s vision for sustainable growth and service excellence. In this role, he provides executive leadership across field operations, operational strategy, and decision-making, ensuring GWT delivers efficient, safe, and high-quality services nationwide. Christopher is deeply committed to advancing a culture rooted in accountability, innovation, integrity, and client service excellence.

Christopher partners closely with the executive leadership team to guide operational performance, align field strategies with company objectives, and support scalable growth across GWT’s national platform. His leadership emphasizes team engagement, disciplined execution, and continuous improvement, with a focus on creating value for both employees and clients.

Christopher joined GWT in late 2021 as Vice President of the Midwest Division following a multidisciplinary career path that spans territory management, organizational growth, education, coaching, mentorship, and leadership development. In 2019, he earned the designation of Certified Water Technologist (CWT), a distinction that reflects both technical expertise and a strong commitment to professional ethics within the water and energy services industry.

Christopher’s career in water and energy services began after earning a Bachelor of Science degree from Illinois State University in 2005, where he studied chemistry, biology, ecology, economics, and statics. His academic and professional foundation, combined with a strong emphasis on continued education, mentorship, and values-driven leadership, informs a thoughtful and people-centered approach to operations. Christopher is grateful to serve GWT by developing professionals, supporting clients, and helping guide the organization’s long-term success.
