
Evan Gray
Chief Financial Officer
As Chief Financial Officer of Global Water Technology, Inc., Evan leads the company’s financial planning, corporate strategy, accounting, treasury, analytics, and administrative support functions. In this role, he partners closely with executive leadership to support disciplined growth, capital allocation, operational decision-making, and long-term financial performance across GWT’s national platform.
Evan joined GWT in 2021 as Vice President of Corporate Strategy and Commercial Operations, where he played a central role in building the financial and analytical infrastructure required to support a rapidly growing, multi-divisional organization. During his tenure, Evan has overseen the implementation of new ERP and HRIS/payroll systems, supported and evaluated six acquisitions, and helped stand up a finance organization designed to scale alongside GWT’s continued organic and acquisitive growth.
Prior to joining Global Water Technology, Evan served as Director of Business Analytics at Beyond Finance, a FinTech company specializing in debt settlement solutions. In this role, he led strategic analytics initiatives focused on reducing client attrition, improving operational efficiency, and informing enterprise-level decision-making.
Earlier in his career, Evan spent many years at United Airlines, where he held a series of multidisciplinary roles across revenue management, commercial analytics, customer experience, corporate strategy, and operations. Most recently, he served as Senior Manager of Premium Services Operations, leading the oversight and execution of United’s airport lounge and Global Services offerings at more than 60 airports worldwide. Under his leadership, teams designed and launched more than ten new lounge facilities, including five award-winning United Polaris lounges delivering a best-in-class premium travel experience.
Evan earned his bachelor’s degree in economics, cum laude, from Northwestern University, and later returned to complete his Master of Business Administration at the Kellogg School of Management, graduating with distinction. His background in analytics, operations, and strategy informs a thoughtful, data-driven approach to financial leadership and organizational growth at GWT.
