John joined GWT in 2002 as a system analyst. With a technical degree from DeVry he quickly climbed the ladder to Account Manager in 2004 and subsequently Director of Operations.
John currently serves as GWT’s VP of Operations, where he oversees service operations, key customer acquisitions, and account maintenance.
