Vice President, Water & Energy Services – West

As Vice President of Water & Energy Services – West at Global Water Technology, Inc., Matt Beauregard leads regional operations, sales performance, and service execution across California, Arizona, Nevada, and New Mexico. In this role, Matt is responsible for overseeing field teams, driving organic growth, developing talent, and ensuring consistent delivery of GWT’s water and energy management programs throughout the Western region.

Matt works closely with regional leadership, inside sales, and national support teams to expand GWT’s presence in the West while maintaining the company’s high standards for technical excellence and client service. His responsibilities include sales strategy and execution, training and development of new and existing team members, support of complex client systems, and oversight of key accounts and new business opportunities.

With a strong technical foundation and a hands-on leadership approach, Matt is known for his ability to quickly assess complex systems, troubleshoot performance issues, and guide teams toward practical, results-driven solutions. His focus on accountability, consistency, and service excellence has been instrumental in strengthening GWT’s West Coast operations and supporting long-term client relationships.

Matt joined Global Water Technology in 2020 as part of GWT’s acquisition of SKASOL, bringing with him deep regional leadership experience and a proven commitment to technical excellence and service delivery. With more than a decade of experience in the water treatment industry, Matt progressed from an entry-level technical service role into senior leadership through hands-on expertise, disciplined execution, and a strong focus on developing people. Prior to joining GWT, he spent 12 years at SKASOL, Inc., ultimately serving as Vice President and leading the company’s service organization. His industry tenure, engineering background, and operational leadership continue to shape a thoughtful, high-standards approach to growth and service delivery across the Western region.
