Patrick Morgan serves as Chief Sales and Customer Experience Officer at Global Water Technology, Inc., where he leads the company’s national sales strategy, customer experience framework, and internal sales enablement infrastructure. A core focus of his role is the development and oversight of GWT’s inside sales and marketing platform, ensuring the sales development and sales enablement functions are fully aligned to support field teams, complex client needs, and sustainable organic growth.
Patrick joined GWT in 2013 as Vice President of Sales and Marketing, bringing more than 20 years of experience in sales leadership and client relations. Since that time, he has played a central role in shaping GWT’s organic growth strategy and establishing a consistent, scalable approach to how the company generates, develops, and supports sales opportunities nationwide. He leads GWT’s inside sales organization and works closely with marketing, field operations, and business development to ensure clear handoffs, strong pipeline development, and effective sales execution.
A key contributor to GWT’s operational maturity, Patrick has led the design and implementation of the company’s sales and customer engagement infrastructure, including a fully integrated Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platform connected to GWT’s ERP system. This foundation supports end-to-end customer lifecycle management, improves visibility into sales performance, streamlines administrative workflows, and enables disciplined tracking, reporting, and enablement across sales development and field teams.
