Stuart O’Neil joined Global Water Technology, Inc. in 2024 through the acquisition of Bluegrass KESCO and serves as General Manager of the business unit. Based in Louisville, Kentucky, Stuart leads operations, sales execution, and service delivery across Kentucky, Tennessee, North Carolina, and West Virginia, with responsibility for overall business performance and regional growth.

From the acquired company’s side, Stuart plays a central role in guiding the seamless integration of Bluegrass KESCO into GWT’s national platform. He oversees the transition and alignment of more than 30 employees and thousands of client accounts, ensuring continuity of service, clear communication, and a smooth experience for both clients and team members while preserving the strong relationships and service culture that defined the legacy business.

Stuart works closely with GWT executive leadership and regional support teams to align local operations with GWT’s systems, standards, and long-term strategic objectives. His responsibilities include operational oversight, sales development, team leadership, and client engagement, balancing regional market needs with scalable execution.

Known for his hands-on leadership style and practical, people-first approach, Stuart emphasizes accountability, responsiveness, and disciplined execution. As GWT continues to expand its national footprint, his leadership remains instrumental in strengthening the company’s presence throughout the Bluegrass and Appalachian regions while supporting long-term growth, stability, and operational excellence.
