Chief Technology Officer

Vince Spaeth serves as Chief Technology Officer at Global Water Technology, Inc., where he provides senior technology leadership and strategic guidance across the company’s product platforms, application standards, and innovation roadmap. In this role, Vince is responsible for shaping GWT’s long-term technology direction, ensuring the integrity, credibility, and continued advancement of the company’s water treatment solutions as the organization scales nationally.

Vince joined Global Water Technology in January 2020, bringing more than 38 years of experience in the water treatment industry across a broad range of industrial and commercial applications. His career spans sales, field sales management, corporate marketing, and executive leadership, with deep experience supporting major industrial clients in primary metals, power generation, chemical processing, refining, and pulp and paper, both domestically and internationally.

Throughout his career, Vince has played a key role in product development, applied chemistry, and system design, contributing to innovative, real-world solutions for complex operating environments. He holds multiple patents related to water treatment technologies, reflecting a long-standing commitment to advancing practical, science-driven innovation within the industry.

As Chief Technology Officer, Vince works closely with executive leadership, product, and operations teams to translate technological innovation into scalable, field-ready solutions. He supports technology strategy, product development priorities, technical training initiatives, and vendor and supplier partnerships, helping ensure GWT’s offerings remain technologically sound, application-driven, and aligned with evolving industry standards.
