GWT actively supports and encourages professional certification, including the Certified Water Technologist (CWT) designation offered through the Association of Water Technologies (AWT). The CWT certification is available to professionals with five years of industry experience and represents one of the highest standards of technical knowledge, ethics, and professionalism in the water treatment industry. GWT sponsors and encourages eligible team members to pursue this certification as part of their long-term career development.
Our customized training program is designed to support growth at every stage and includes structured coursework, classroom instruction, hands-on field training, and continuing education opportunities through AWT. As team members gain experience and deepen their technical expertise, GWT provides the training, mentorship, and support needed to advance their skills, earn certifications, and build meaningful, long-term careers in water treatment.
