GLOBAL WATER TECHNOLOGY ANNOUCES STRATEGIC REORGANIZATION, FOCUS ON CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY TO SUPPORT FUTURE GROWTH

(GWT), a leader in water and wastewater treatment solutions, today announced details of its strategic reorganization that will focus the company on growth through technical excellence, empower senior leaders and their teams to provide an unparalleled customer experience, and capitalize on the Company’s current and future acquisition activity by further integrating legacy businesses into its core business platform.

Effective immediately, the company has made the following changes:

Named Patrick Morgan as Chief Sales and Customer Experience Officer. Patrick will be responsible for the Company’s nationwide sales strategy and team, while also serving as the executive responsible for driving an industry-leading customer experience throughout the complete client lifecycle. “As we approach our 35th anniversary, I’m excited to lead and expand upon the Company’s unique approach to client engagement,” said Mr. Morgan. “This is a pivotal time in the evolution of our Company and the water treatment industry. The technical solutions that GWT delivers enrich business operations across a wide array of industries throughout the United States. Named Darrel Wynkoop as Vice President, Business Integration. Darrel will be responsible for ensuring successful execution of the Company’s acquisitions via thoughtful focus on people and culture while driving consistency across service delivery, brand, policy, and technical solutions. “GWT has assembled an enviable leadership team that I am proud to partner with every day,” said Mr. Wynkoop. “While we continue to focus on organic growth across our enterprise, acquisitions play an important role in expanding our national footprint, technical capabilities, and service solutions. Named Vince Spaeth as Chief Technology Officer. Vince will be responsible for the Company’s technical product offering, laboratory and production operations, and serve as lead technical advisor for GWT’s field service teams nationwide. Most recently, he created and managed the industrial division for GWT which brought many great brands to GWT’s client portfolio across the United States. Prior to joining GWT in 2019, Mr. Spaeth served in multiple senior leadership roles at global water treatment organizations where he managed as many as 100 direct reports across thousands of customers and businesses. “GWT is primed for continued growth and success as a leading water treatment company,” said Mr. Spaeth. “We have the best people and an outstanding culture, which we will continue to partner with the best technological and sustainable solutions for our customers.”
