GWT Welcomes Paul Gleason as Central, IL Territory Manager

GWT is proud to announce the addition of Paul Gleason to our ever-growing team! Paul joins GWT as a Territory Manager for Central, IL. Based in Normal, IL, Paul brings 20 years of experience working in the institutional, commercial, and light/heavy industrial areas of water treatment. He also brings with him real management experience, having successfully overseen and developed teams of water treatment sales/service experts.

Throughout Paul’s career his responsibilities have focused on territory development, including acquiring new accounts, sales and service of existing customers, overseeing other sales/service personnel, and training/on-boarding of new representatives. Paul’s expertise includes all areas of advanced water treatment for cooling towers, boilers, and waste treatment. Paul is driven to provide every client under his management with improved systems performance, exceptional customer service, and ample oversight.
