Calumet City, Illinois — September 19, 2025— Mayor Thaddeus M. Jones and Global Water Technology (GWT) announced today that Global Water Technology, a national leader in water and energy services, has purchased over five acres and renovated over 100,000 square feet of office, production and warehouse space to create a headquarters to propel their growth across the U. S. Already home to GWT’s Equipment and Support Services business, Calumet City will become home to the firm’s corporate headquarters and business operations center.

This deal demonstrates GWT’s commitment to Illinois and ensures that GWT will remain in Calumet City. Signature Bank (Mick O’Rourke, Nate Dinger, and Tim Hanson) served as GWT’s financing partner on the initial property purchase and subsequent renovation and build out.
