GWT recognizes that consistent, reliable service is the most important component of a successful water management program. To achieve this, GWT established a Standard of Service that each technical representative must adhere to. The Standard includes expected response times, quality of on-site service, and quality of account management. Understanding that in order for a representative to achieve the requirements of our Standard of Service, GWT continually invests in the development of consistent quality of work with knowledgeable, trustworthy representatives.
Furthermore, to assure the success of our water management program, GWT implements a team approach. GWT assigns a primary Technical Representative responsible for day-to-day responsibilities. They will be the primary contact, conducting regular testing and reporting on systems. Next, a management level Executive Account Manager. This contact is a client resource for instant corrective action, periodic reviews, special projects, on-boarding, primary representative transition, and more. The Executive Account Manager will typically have over 10 years of experience at GWT, be intimately familiar with the client’s systems and unique way of doing business, and offer a pro-active, extra set of eyes ensuring quality of the water management program. Ultimately GWT’s corporate Standard of Service assures client satisfaction regardless of individual service representatives, a quality truly unique to the industry. Lastly, GWT’s Administrative Team is a valuable account support resource responsible for efficient delivery of products, efficient billing, and product processing.
