GWT Bolsters Corporate Leadership with Addition of Two Industry Stalwarts
Global Water Technology, Inc. is excited to announce the addition of two industry stalwarts to our leadership team!
Vince Spaeth, Executive Vice President – Vince joins the team with almost 40 years of water treatment experience spanning a wide array of industries. He started his career as a sales representative and progressed through field sales management, corporate marketing, and executive management roles. Vince has spent the majority of his career managing major accounts in the following industries; primary metals, power, chemical, refining, and paper, domestically and internationally. Vince’s responsibilities will include executive oversight, growing GWT’s presence in expanding markets, product development, technical training, and vendor/supplier management.
Carl Cameron, Vice President of Field Operations – Carl joins GWT with over 30 years of experience in the water treatment industry. Over Carl’s tenure in the industry, he has developed a proven track record as an industry leader with specialization in project management and support, post-acquisition integration, and internal training and development. As GWT continues to grow both organically and through key acquisitions, Carl’s leadership and experience, when it comes to team-building and communication, will be an asset in GWT’s pursuit of continued success through client and employee retention.

Vince joined the Global Water Technology, Inc. team in January of 2020 with over 38 years of water treatment experience expanding a wide array of industries. He started his career as a sales representative and progressed through field sales management, corporate marketing, and executive management roles. Vince has spent the majority of his career managing major industrial accounts in the following industries; primary metals, power, chemical, refining, and paper, domestically and internationally. With his extensive experience, Vince has worked in product development and has several patents to his credit.
Vince’s responsibilities include executive oversight, growing GWT’s presence in expanding markets, product development, technical training, and vendor/supplier management.
Carl joins GWT with over 30 years of experience in the water treatment industry. Over Carl’s tenure in the industry, he has developed a proven track record as an industry leader with specialization in project management and support, post-acquisition integration, and internal training and development. As GWT continues to grow both organically and through key acquisitions, Carl’s leadership and experience, when it comes to team-building and communication, will be an asset in GWT’s pursuit of continued success through client and employee retention.
As Vice President of Field Operations, Carl will be responsible for overseeing and developing GWT’s field service and solutions team by leveraging his experience and knowledge of the water treatment industry. Carl will also be integral assisting in the implementation of utility conservation strategies, strategic planning, project management, and ensuring team productivity to achieve deliverables at client facilities.
